I hope no one I know will ever find this journal. I'm hiding it because I need a place to vent, to cry.

I'm a compulsive eater. And I don't know how to stop myself.

It's not as if people I know in my world can't see the effects of my problem. But what I don't think they get is the addiction and the pain and the shame. I need a place to talk freely about that. I'm also looking for support.
